About
Hello, my name is Ryan Brooks and I am a computer science engineer that specializes in developing software and games. I have a great deal of experience writing code in Java, C, C++, and C#, and Python although I do know several other languages. I have also specialized in game development for the Unity engine although I am also very familiar with other game platforms such as MonoGame, Godot, and Unreal Engine 5.
I am currently looking for work in software development or game development.

Through university courses and personal projects I developed my computer science knowledge base and improved my development abilities. I got the opportunity to work with peers in developing a good number of software applications across several languages and platforms. My capstone project was a game called Wretched Depths where I acted as the lead developer among a team of roughly 30 students.

By graduation, I had maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.975. Additionally I had learned a great deal about various languages, object oriented programming, data structures, cyber security, cryptography, mobile development, graphics, databases, game development, AI, and operating systems.
